During our November 13th Connections session, Bertie van Hinsbergen shared a lot of information about the enhanced EASE Connector within the PowerPoint deck. Click below to access the slide deck.

Hello, @AndreaDowning Where can we go to download the file, “sma.acs.ACSEase.dll”?  My company is an OpCon Cloud and Relay user, and we are a current user of EASE Connector powershell scripts.  I’m very interested in the EASE ACS option.  Thank you.

Hi @Snarz. Working on finding the answer to that. I’ll let you know as soon as I find out.

Hi @Snarz. Just followed up with our OpCon solutions engineer about the location of the file. Within our FTP site, it is located here - "OpCon Releases/Integrations/EASE." It’s a zip file and the dll should be in there.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Hi @AndreaDowning.  I’ll apologize up front for being difficult here.  What is the FTP site?  Is it this site? https://files.smatechnologies.com.  I was never given a logon to this site, that I’m aware of.

I downloaded a few items from the OpCon Web Installer (OWI), and hoped to find the DLL, but no luck there.  Maybe I should move this conversation to a support case, but I was hoping to learn the answer and have it posted here so that if anyone else has the trouble I do, they’d find the answer.

Thank you.

Hi @Snarz. You have the correct URL for the FTP site, but if you don’t have access, then support should be able to grant access. You’re support ticket should get you some traction on this.

I wanted to close the loop on the DLL file so it’s recorded here for posterity.  I opened a case with support.  Support made a ZIP and sent me a link to download.  The ZIP contained two DLL files: ACSSDK.dll and sma.acs.ACSEase.dll to be placed in the ProgramData folder for Relay (in the Plugins folder).  The ZIP also contained the file: EASE-LOCAL.json that contains info needed to build the Schedule, Container jobs and master jobs for EASE Bundle jobs.
