Using Self Service in OpCon Continuum
Using Self Service day to day will feel familiar. Your buttons appear in the categories and order you’ve defined, and tags are now a one-click filter, so you can quickly narrow the view to everything related to lending, operations, or IT. You can still search by name or pick from a drop-down of all your buttons. An environment toggle lets you switch between dev and production, and the two can look different. A button may be enabled in dev while disabled in production, which lets you test before anything is visible to everyone. When you press a button, a pop-up collects any inputs, or simply asks you to confirm the submission.
